Various solutions of complete earthing equipment packages for indoor- and outdoor-switchgears, line and railway. The solutions show articles like contact fittings, earthing devices, operating poles and voltage detector

Complete system for earthing of indoor/outdoor switchgears, overhead contact lines, third rails, return conductors as well as rails. The system can be applied to contact fittings as well as directly to plant and for earthing connection to painted metallic surfaces. The range of products includes short-circuiting splints, lifting tool set as well as support device.
Max. short-circuit current for earthing devices: 69 kA/1 s.
Max. short-circuit current for short-circuit bars: 230 kA/1 s.

Complete system for earthing of overhead transmission line 0,4 - 52 kV. The equipment is available with fixed mounted poles for the clamps alternatively with a separately removable pole. Travelling earthing device and earthing rod screw are included in the range of products.

EN 61230
Line clamps and earth clamps for earthing devices, earthing tools, short-circuit devices, equipotential devices and transition devices. For connection to contact fitting, splint, line, rail, frame etc. The conducting parts of the clamps are made of high-quality material such as aluminium bronze, aluminum, copper and brass. The clamps can also be hardened and/or surface treated. For other components stainless steel is mainly used.
Furthermore, the range of products comprises connecting clusters and cable shoes.

EN 61230
There is a wide range of contact fittings for application to tubes, splint, lines, frames etc and they are made for connection to conductors or to earth. The conducting parts of the contact fittings are made of high-quality material like aluminium bronze, aluminium, copper and brass. The contact fittings are hardened and/or surface treated where appropriate. Stainless steel is mainly used for the other parts.
The range of products also includes equipotential bars.

Insulating poles are available in fixed-, jointed- or telescopic design. The insulating poles are made of glass fibre reinforced vinyl ester. This material has a very good electrical insulating quality and at the same time the relation between weight-strength and stiffness is excellent. A special method of manufacturing, which makes the surface plain, eliminates the risk of the glass fibre particles coming out of the pole, which otherwise may be inconvenient at use. The poles are coloured throughout and do not need to be varnished.
The range includes operating poles, branch cutter poles, snow removal poles, measuring poles and cases.

Accessories to insulating poles comprise various products, which are connected to the top fitting of the poles such as operating sockets, torque tools, tool connection fittings, disconnection hooks, fuse holders, fuse grippers, lamp replacement tools. The program further includes insulator testing tool, cutting tool, rescue hooks, ice picks, snow removal hooks, removal stick, adapter as well as branch cutter, tree trimmer, conductor gauge, wall holder and tool storage racks.

Complete range of low- and high-voltage detectors (1-phase and 2-phase) with accessories such as extension electrodes and hooked electrodes and case. In addition, test equipment for functional testing of voltage detectors and earth leakage circuit breaker, insulation resistance test of operating poles and ultra-sound height measurement tool are included.

EN 60900
Complete range of insulated tools for use on live components max. 1000 V. The tools can be delivered per piece or in kits. The range of products for working on live components also includes insulated torque wrench kits, insulating rubber sheets, insulating rubber mats, insulating gloves, helmets and protective goggles.

Other products are end cap protection, insulated litter picker, ice scraper for underground railway points, insulated aluminum bar, display device, indication flag and blocking line as well as maintenance kit for the carrying out of simple renovation and maintenance work on earthing devices and operating poles.

The correct treatment and maintenance of the equipment is important in order to maintain the protective ability of the products. The chapter describes how a visual inspection of earthing equipment (before use) should be carried out as well as what needs to be done at a major inspection a so called "periodic inspection".

Tools for live working - High voltage

Class 1

Class 2
for working where tools and instruments usually pick up mechanical forces from the unit.
Examples of equipment: insulated steps, supports, platforms, poles, clamps and various types of tool.

This equipment consists of E-field overalls, cable stand, foot band, anti-static shoes or boots.
