SS 428 91 01, EN 61230<br \/>\nEarthing device with universal clamp type JK 27 is specially designed to be included in the service car equipment as it minimizes the number of tools necessary to earth in various types of switchgear and on overhead transmission lines. Hook and cross stick can quickly be detached when the earthing device shall be used in a switchgear.<br \/>\nLine clamp JK 27 is for connection to ball-bolts \u00d8 20, \u00d8 25, \u00d8 30, T-bolt, busbars 1-25 mm, line\/tube \u00d8 6-25 mm. Insulating poles MGV, MDV\/MSV and operating socket JGS or insulating pole MRS (with integrated operating socket) are used to operate the line clamps.<br \/>\nThe line clamps conducting parts are made of aluminium bronze. Steel components are made of stainless steel. The device has a rubber insulated bayonet type connector fitting for connecting an alternative earthing device such as JK27-DXF, JK238-DXF or JK250-DXF.<br \/>\nThe line clamps conducting parts are made of hardened AlSi-alloy. Steel components are surface treated.<br \/>\nThe earthing cable is connected to the clamp with a cable lug, M8 (25-50 mm2\/ M12 (70-95mm2).
