\nThe device is for use on the railway’s catenary line and rail. Line clamp JK 22 is for connection to the railway’s catenary line 80-120 mm2
\naccording to SS 24 01 21 and DIN 43 141, return line Cu 130 mm2 or Al 212 mm2 or other circular, non-flexible conductors with a diameter of 14 – 19 mm. Insulating poles MGV, MDV\/MSV, MTV and operating socket JGS are used to operate the line clamp. The line clamp conducting parts are made of aluminium bronze and steel components are made of stainless steel. The line clamp has stainless steel spring washers to insure constant contact pressure. The earthing cable, made of highly flexible ESTPR-insulated copper strands, has sealed cable connections, which prevent humidity from penetrating the cable. The earthing cable is connected with a cable lug to clamp JK 22 and by compression on JK 152\/1. Earth clamp JK 152\/1 has a loop of surface treated spring steel. Other steel components are made of stainless steel. The screw is insulated. JK 152\/1 is connected to the railhead.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
