\nFor indoor and outdoor use.
\nOperating pole MTV-K is used as an insulating pole when earthing and voltage detection are performed. The connector fitting at the poles working end accepts accessories such as operating sockets, torque tools, disconnection hooks, fuse holders and voltage detectors. The pole is fitted with a hand guard that marks where the handgrip section ends and the insulating section starts. This hand guard must not be exceeded when in use. The inner tube must always be extended to its full length when working with this pole. The top tube is sealed to prevent humidity penetrating. The overall length can be infinitely adjusted using the hand grip section.
\nThe insulating pole is made of yellow, fiberglass reinforced polyvinyl ester and has an outside diameter of 55 mm (MTV 201-K5) or 51 mm (MTV 201-K4 and MTV 230-K4). The connector fitting is made of nylon. The lower end is fitted with a protective cap made of rubber. This pole is also suitable for use with branch and tree cutting tools etc.
