Voltage range 3.6 \u2013 230 kV AC, 50Hz, 60 Hz, IEC 61481, CE.
\nThe wireless Phase Comparator TAG 5000 is for use on overhead transmission lines and switchgear. As Tag 5000 does not have a cable between the units it becomes flexible and easy to use. TAG 5000 is for both indoor and outdoor use. Range indoors, where there are obstacles such as doors and walls, is approximately 10 m. Up to 1000 m along the network. The equipment consists of two units, a Receiver and Transmitter, which are adapted for operating poles such as MGV, MDV\/MSV, MTAG and MTV. The transmitter has two functions:
\n\u2013 Voltage indication
\n\u2013 Phase measurement
\nThe indication of voltage takes place using the first 3-4 seconds when the transmitter touches the live conductor. The Transmitter then automatically switches to phase measurement and then starts transmitting the phase signal to the Receiver. The Receiver interprets the signal from the Transmitter and compares this with the phase voltage and frequency from the phase that Receiver has been put against. Correct phase relationship is indicated with permanent audio and visual signals. Both the Receiver and Transmitter have integrated test functions that check all electronic circuits
\nATTENTION!<\/strong>
\nInsulated electrode with 400 mm length type SXE 400 for max. 24 kV to be used where long uninsulated electrodes are inappropriate and flashover risk exists, ex. in transverse-mounted switchgear.<\/strong>
\nThe phase comparator is made of impact resistant polycarbonate and is designed for indoor and outdoor use, operating temperature \u201325\u00b0C- +55\u00b0C.
\nThe Transmitter and Receiver are each fitted with a 9 V alkaline battery.
\nSupplied with hook and Y-electrodes, adapter for optional operating poles.
