The device is for use on switchgear and lines.
Line clamp JK 47 is for connection to contact fittings JKA, JKC, JKAD, JBA, and JBC or directly on lines or pipes with max Ø 40 mm. The line clamp has flat sides, which increases stability by parallel installation. Insulating poles MGV, MDV/MSV and operating socket JGS are used to operate the line clamp.
The line clamp conducting parts are made of hardened AlSi-alloy and steel components are made of stainless steel. The thread has a Heli-Coil insert in stainless steel. The earthing cable, made of highly flexible ESTPR-insulated copper strands, has sealed cable connections, which prevent humidity from penetrating the cable. The earthing cable is connected by compression to the earthing device.
Earth clamp JK 150 is used on steel constructions with a thickness up to 20 mm and is also approved for use on painted surfaces. The screw on this clamp is insulated.
