The device is for use on substations and transmission lines.
Line clamp JK 47 is for connection to contact fittings JKA, JKC, JKAD, JBA, and JBC or directly on lines or pipes with max Ø 40 mm. Insulating poles MGV, MDV/MSV and operating socket JGS are used to operate the line clamps.
The line clamps conducting parts are made of hardened AlSi-alloy and steel components are made of stainless steel.
The thread has a Heli-Coil insert in stainless steel. The earthing cable, made of highly flexible ESTPR-insulated copper strands, has sealed cable connections, which prevent humidity from penetrating the cable. The earthing cable is connected by compression to the earthing device.
