Line clamp JSK is for connection directly to busbars when contact fitting are not available. Insulating poles MGV, MDV/MSV and operating socket JGS are used to operate the line clamps.
The line clamp conducting parts are made of hot pressed electrolytic copper. The loop is made of hardened AlSi-alloy and has a contact plate of hardened, surface treated steel. The thread has a Heli-Coil insert in stainless steel. Other steel components are made of stainless steel. The line clamp has stainless steel spring washers to ensure constant contact pressure. The earthing cable, made of highly flexible ESTPR-insulated
copper strands, has sealed cable connections, which prevent humidity from penetrating the cable. The earthing cable is connected by compression to the earthing device. Earth clamp JK 150 is used on steel constructions with a thickness up to 20 mm and is also approved for use on painted surfaces. The screw on this clamp is insulated.
