Line clamp JK 27 is for connection to ball-bolts Ø 20, Ø 25, Ø 30, T-bolt, busbars 1-25 mm, line/tube Ø 6-25 mm. Insulating poles MGV, MDV/MSV and operating socket JGS are used to operate the line clamps. The line clamps conducting parts are made of aluminium bronze.
Steel components are made of stainless steel. The earthing cable is connected to the clamp with a cable lug, M8 (25-50 mm2/ M12 (70-95mm2). The earthing cable, made of highly flexible ESTPR-insulated copperstrands, has sealed cable connections, which prevent humidity from penetrating the cable. Cable shoe JLA 32 is made of hot pressed electrolytic copper and hand bolt of stainless steel. JLA is for connection to stationary earthing fittings JVF and JBF.
