3-Phase Earthing Device
Line clamp JSK is for connection directly to busbars when contact fittings are not available. Insulating poles MGV, MDV/MSV and operating socket JGS are used to operate the line clamps.The line clamps conducting parts are made of hot pressed electrolytic copper. The loop is made of hardened AlSi-alloy and has a contact plate of hardened, surface treated steel. The thread has a Heli-Coil insert in stainless steel.
Other steel components are made of stainless steel. The line clamps have stainless steel spring washers to ensure constant contact pressure. The earthing cable, made of highly flexible ESTPR-insulated copper strands, has sealed cable connections, which prevent humidity from penetrating the cable. The earthing cable is connected by compression to the earthing device.
Cable shoe JLA 34 and connecting cluster JFG 4 (rubber insulated) are made of hot pressed electrolytic copper and the hand bolt is made of stainless steel.
JLA is for connection to stationary earthing fittings JVF and JBF.
