Portable Insulation Tester TTR2 is designed for testing the insulating quality of insulated poles and ropes of polyester/polyvinyl ester and other products used to insulate workers when working with live conductors. The TTR2 circuitry is tuned to react to resistive breakdown paths, such as carbon tracks and moisture leakage paths, and to conductive materials on and in the poles. TTR2 is calibrated for tube diameters 10, 15, 32, 39, 51, 64 and 77 mm and rope 8 and 13 mm.
Operating range: min. +5 ºC, max +40 ºC. The instrument can easily be carried and operated by one person. The unit is delivered with instruction manual, insulated pole for testing and storage/carrying case.
