Used when lifting heavy earthing devices.
The lifting tool set JUDS consists of two units, line clamp JFKL, with block and 22 m polythene line and a midsection with swivel, JML. These are used in combination with two operating poles max 10 m long.
Clamp JFKL, incl. block and line, assembled on a max. 10 m long operating pole. The pulling line is connected to the swivel on the mid section. The mid section JML, including swivel, are connected between operating socket JGS 18 or JGS 17 (flexible), and the operating pole used to operate the earthing device.
The earthing device is connected to the operating socket. Clamp JFKL is then connected to the conductor where the earthing device is to be mounted. The pole is then lifted up, with the earthing device connected, using the pulling line. Once the earthing device has been mounted, the operating pole with the operating socket can be released from the clamp. The clamp is made of hardened AlSi-alloy and steel components of stainless steel. The mid section is made of fiberglass reinforced vinyl ester and the swivel of surface treated steel. The pulling line is made of polyethylene.
