Operating Socket JGS 30 P is used in combination with Operating Poles MGV, MDV/MSV and MTV when operating line clamps primarily on the railway’s catenary line. The operating socket is designed with a bayonet fitting, which allows the pole to remain suspended, connected to the clamp. The operating socket has two positions, one fixed position for assembling and dismantling the line clamps and a flexible position to allow the passages of rail vehicles, through the suspended pole being angled up to 45 degrees without loading the conductor. Angling is performed when the pole is attached to the clamp and is tension loaded. Made of insulating material and aluminium.
