Earthing device JSFK-___ is mainly intended for use on electrofilter installations, rated voltage max 110 kV.
The device is equipped with a spring-loaded line clamp JFK A for connection to circular conductors Ø 6-22 mm and earth clamp JK 23 or with only a cable lug with hole Ø 8 mm for stationary connection to earth. Earth clamp JK 23 V is for ball-bolts, line or bars, max 20 mm.
The clamps conducting parts are made of nickel-plated brass. Steel components are made of surface treated steel and stainless steel.
The earthing cable is connected to the line clamp with a crimped end terminal and with cable lug to the earth clamp. The insulating pole is made of fiberglass reinforced vinyl ester and is sealed. The earthing cable, made of highly flexible ESTPR-insulated copper strands, has sealed
cable connections, which prevent humidity from penetrating the cable.
The earthing cable is also available in non-insulated stainless steel (area=26,8 mm2).
