3-phase earthing device

Conductor clamp JSK is connected directly to the phase rail when there is no connector. Insulating rods MGV, MDV/MSV and grippers JGS are used to operate the clamp.
The conductive parts of the clamp are made of hot-pressed electrolytic copper. The shackle is made of hardened AlSi alloy and fitted with a hub plate of hardened surface-treated steel. The thread is fitted with a stainless steel Heli-Coil insert, other steel parts are stainless steel. The conductor clamp is fitted with stainless steel disk washers, which provide a constant contact pressure. The cable is made of highly flexible ESTPR-insulated copper conductor and provided with tight
cable connections, which prevents moisture penetration into the cable. The cable is crimped to the earthing device. Cable lug JLA 32 is made of hot-pressed electrolytic copper and handle nut of stainless steel.
JLA is connected to fixed earthing connectors, JVF and JBF.
