Conductor clamp JK 27 is connected to ball bolt Ø 20, Ø 25, Ø 30, T-bolt, rail 1-25 mm, rope/pipe Ø 6-25 mm. To operate the clamp, insulating rods MGV, MDV/MSV and grippers JGS are used. The conductive parts of the clamp are made of aluminum bronze. Steel parts are made of stainless steel. The wire rope is connected to the clamp with a cable lug and M8 (25-50 mm2) / M12 (70-95 mm2) screw connection. The cable is made of highly flexible ESTPR-insulated copper conductor and equipped with tight cable connections, which prevents moisture penetration into the cable. JLA 31 cable lugs are made of hot-pressed electrolytic copper. JLA is connected on fixed connectors to earth, JVF and JBF.
