Conductor clamp JK 27 is connected to ball bolt Ø 20, Ø 25, Ø 30, T-bolt, rail 1-25 mm, rope/pipe Ø 6-25 mm. To operate the clamp, insulating rods MGV, MDV/MSV and grip locators JGS are used.
The conductive parts of the clamp are made of aluminum bronze. Steel parts are made of stainless steel. The wire rope is connected to the clamp with cable lug and M8 (25-50mm2) / M12 (70-95 mm2) screw connection.
The wire rope is made of highly flexible ESTPR-insulated copper conductor and provided with tight cable connections, which prevents moisture penetration into the rope.
JFG 4 branch piece (rubber covered) is made of hot-pressed electrolytic copper. DXM is a bayonet type splice for connecting alternative earth clamps with splice DXF (see JK27V-DXF).
