Line clamp JK 27 is for connection to ball-bolts Ø 20, Ø 25, Ø 30, T-bolt, busbars 1-25 mm, line/tube Ø 6-25 mm. Insulating poles MGV, MDV/MSV and operating socket JGS are used to operate the line clamps.
The line clamps conducting parts are made of aluminium bronze. Steel components are made of stainless steel. The earthing cable is connected to the clamp with a cable lug, M8 (25-50 mm2/ M12 (70-95mm2). The earthing cable, made of highly flexible ESTPR-insulated copper strands, has sealed cable connections, which prevent humidity from penetrating the cable.
Connecting cluster JFG 4 (rubber insulated) is made of hot pressed electrolytic copper and the hand bolt is made of stainless steel. DXM is a bayonette type extension fitting for connection to earthing devices equipped with extension fitting DXF (see JK27V-DXF).
