Line clamp JK 27 is for connection to ball-bolts Ø 20, Ø 25, Ø 30, T-bolt, busbars 1-25 mm, line/tube Ø 6-25 mm. Insulating poles MGV, MDV/MSV and operating socket JGS are used to operate the line clamps.
The line clamps conducting parts are made of aluminium bronze. Steel components are made of stainless steel. The earthing cable is connected to the clamp with a cable lug, M8 (25-50 mm2/ M12 (70-95mm2). The earthing cable, made of highly flexible ESTPR-insulated copper strands, has sealed cable connections, which prevent humidity from penetrating the cable.
The cover of the connecting cluster (JFG 4L) is made of insulating plastic. Earth clamp JK 250 is used on steel constructions with a thickness up to 30 mm and is also approved for use on painted surfaces. The screw on this clamp is insulated.
