3-phase earthing device

Conductor clamp JK 27 is connected to ball bolt Ø 20, Ø 25, Ø 30, T-bolt, rail 1-25 mm, rope/pipe Ø 6-25 mm. To operate the clamp, insulating rods MGV, MDV/MSV and grip locators JGS are used.
The conductive parts of the clamp are made of aluminum bronze. Steel parts are made of stainless steel. The wire rope is connected to the clamp with cable lug and M8 (25-50mm2) / M12 (70 mm2) screw connection. For the 95-120 mm2 wire rope, the JFG 4 connector is used (see JK27-X-JLA35).
The wire rope is made of highly flexible ESTPR-insulated copper conductor and provided with tight cable connections, which prevents moisture penetration into the rope.
The JLA 35 cable lug is made of hot-pressed electrolytic copper, the connector (JFG 4L) sheath of insulating plastic. JLA 35 is connected to fixed connectors to earth, JVF and JBF.
