Discharge rod ULS50/1500-JK27 with straight electrode is intended for discharging static charges.
The electrode tip is made of galvanized copper.
Earth clamp JK 27 is connected to ball bolt Ø 20, Ø 25, Ø 30, T-bolt, rail 1-25 mm, wire/tube Ø 6-25 mm. To operate the clamp, insulating rods MGV, MDV/MSV and gripper JGS are used.
The conductive parts of the clamp are made of aluminum bronze. Steel parts are made of stainless steel. The wire rope is connected to the clamp with a cable lug and M8 screw joint.
The wire rope is made of highly flexible ESTPR-insulated copper conductor and fitted with sealed cable connections, which prevent moisture penetration into the rope. The insulating rod is sealed to prevent moisture ingress. The insulating rod is made of yellow, glass-fiber reinforced vinylester with an outer diameter of 29 mm. The lower end is fitted with a protective rubber cap.
