Earth clamp JK 72 is for connection to railway railhead. The loop is made of nickel-plated Al-bronze and the contact plate of surface treated steel with hardened spikes. Other parts are ofstainless steel. The clamp has stainless steel spring washers to ensure constant contact pressure. The earthing cable is connected to the clamp with a cable lug and M12 bolted joint.
