Conductor clamp JSK is connected directly to rails when there is no connector. Insulating rods MGV, MDV/MSV and grip locators JGS are used to operate the clamp.
The conductive parts of the clamp are made of hot-pressed electrolytic copper. The shackle is made of hardened AlSi alloy and fitted with a hub plate of hardened surface-treated steel. The thread is fitted with a stainless steel Heli-Coil insert. Other steel parts are of stainless steel. The conductor clamp is fitted with stainless steel disk washers, which provide a constant contact pressure. The cable is made of highly flexible ESTPR-insulated copper conductor and equipped with tight cable connections, which prevent moisture penetration into the cable. The wire rope is crimped to the earthing device. Cable lug JLA 34 and branch piece JFG 4 (rubber covered) are made of hot-pressed electrolytic copper, handle nut of stainless steel.
JLA is connected to fixed earthing connectors, JVF and JBF.
